(1) If you find any quality issues with the product (such as damage, defects, or inconsistency with the product description), you may apply for a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the item. (2) The product must be in its original unused condition with intact packaging and all accessories included, free from scratches or damage. Otherwise, returns or exchanges will not be accepted. (3) Custom-made products and special items (including intimate apparel, food, etc.) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless quality issues exist. (4) For returns or exchanges caused by personal reasons (e.g., dislike of the product, wrong purchase), you shall bear the round-trip shipping costs, and the product must meet the requirements specified in Clause (2) above.

 

 

(1) Application: Submit a return or exchange request via "My Orders" on our website within 7 days of receiving the product, upload photos of the product issues, and state the reason for the return or exchange. (2) Review: We will review your application within 2 working days and notify you by email or phone once approved. (3) Return Shipment: Send the product back to the return address we provide, and promptly fill in the tracking number in the backend after shipment. (4) Inspection & Refund/Exchange: Upon receiving the returned item, we will conduct an inspection within 3 working days. If the inspection passes, we will process your refund (returned to the original payment method, with the arrival time subject to the payment channel) or arrange a replacement (shipped free of charge).

 

 

(1) The refund amount shall be the actual payment for the product, excluding shipping fees (except for quality-related returns). (2) If you paid using coupons or discount codes, the corresponding discount amount will be deducted, and only the actual paid portion will be refunded.
